BETTER PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMS Equine Interactive Learning (EIL) is gaining global recognition for producing tangible improvement in both individual and team performance and is considered one of the most dynamic human development programs available today. EIL is tremendous fun and an excellent vehicle for creativity and collaboration! Generate new ideas, find solutions to age-old problems and engage everyone in the process. Unlike outward bound and ropes courses, our programs do not favor individuals with superior physical capabilities. Any individual is capable of participating in an EIL session because it requires no prior horse experience. TRANSITIONS retreats are typically one-day events and include Team Building activities and Professionally Facilitated Meetings supporting your key objectives.
